Long Drive Partners started as the management consulting arm of Long Drive Marketing. After years of building campaigns and brands for clients, we kept hearing the same thing: “We don’t just need marketing. We need someone to run things.”

The marketing was working. The leads were coming in. But our clients didn’t have the operational infrastructure to capitalize on the growth. Founders were drowning in execution. Nonprofit leaders were stretched across every role. So we started embedding operators alongside their teams. First as an experiment, then as a service, then as a dedicated division.

Today, Long Drive Partners is one of three specialized divisions under the Long Drive Group, alongside a full-service marketing agency and a political consulting firm. We provide operations consulting for both businesses and nonprofits. Our team helps owners, executive directors, managers, and boards define processes, improve profitability, redesign workflows, and build the organizational structure that scales. When organizations need dedicated leadership, we offer Fractional COO placement or full Embedded Operations teams. All backed by an entire ecosystem behind them.
